My Dream,My Future

               My dream is my future because i will do my best so that i can get my dream occupation,dream car,dream house and all of my dreams since when i'm was young. My dream in my life is to be a successful engineer but i'm thinking if i will change my mind and get the course of being a teacher. Because i want to help the street children so that they will know how to write and to read. This is my Dream and this will be my Future.

Change: it starts with me

             Change, it starts with me when i am going to do good things to others,when i'm going to help somebody from their problems. That is the beginning of some change. Even if it's very simple thing that i can, at least i have shown my little own way. Let us help one another so that we can easily commit and solve our problems. Let us also believe with our GOD so that HE will help us too.

Responding to Climate Change...

Climate change is the changes in weather and our weather is getting warmer or colder, affecting by the pollutions and technologies. And because of the pollution,our ozone layer is affected, specially us, we are affected by the climate change because we are expose to the UVR, then we can get a disease from that. There are many things that can cause climate change like our waste at the rivers,smokes,cutting the trees and the technologies. The effects of those things are global warming, green house effect, thinning of the ozone layer and one of the effect is the CLIMATE CHANGE.

My Modern Day Hero

                      Every person can be a hero if they do goodness to us. For me, my hero is my lovable mother , because she is the one who take good care , support and she is the one who make me strong even thou i am suffering from too many problems in my life.
                     I love her so much , I can't live without my mother , because she is my inspiration in my life.
                  My modern day HERO is my Mother .

Breastfeeding

                                  "TAMA" by immidiate skin-to-skin contacts between mother and baby after birth, and initiation of breast feeding with in the first hour of life.
                                  "SAPAT" by encouraging and assuring mothers that litle breast milk supply to respond to the increasing needs of the baby.
                                  "EKSKLUSIBO" by giving any breast milk and no other liquid to the baby for the fist 6 monhts. breast milk has all the water and nutrients thart the baby needs for the 6 months after which the baby should be given apropriate a complimentary foods while continuing breast feeding.
